چکیده
A photoelectrochemical (PEC) detection platform was built based on the branched rutile/anatase titanium dioxide (RA-TiO2) electrode. Theoretical calculations proved that type-II band alignment of rutile and anatase could facilitate charge separation in The self-generated electric field at interface two phases can enhance electron transfer efficiency Carboxylated CdTe quantum dots (QDs) were applied as signal amplification factors. Without target DNA presence, QDs riveted to surface electrode by hairpin probe DNA. sensitization increased photocurrent significantly. When present, structural changes resulted failure sensitized structure. Benefiting from excellent structure design strategy, PEC assays achieve highly sensitive specific range 1 fM nM, with a limit 0.23 fM. construction method proposed this article open new avenue for preparation more efficient sensing devices.

متن کاملPhotoelectrochemical performance of N-doped ZnO branched nanowire photoanodes
A ZnO branched-nanowire (BNW) photoanode was doped with N for use in a photoelectrochemical cell (PEC) to generate H2 from water splitting. First, ZnO BNWs were synthesized by chemical bath deposition method. Two experimental methods were used for N-doping: the time-controlled direct-current glow discharge plasma (DCGDP) and the DC magnetron plasma (DCMP) methods, to optimize N-doping of the NW...
متن کاملPhotoelectrochemical evaluation of pH effect on hole transport through triplex-forming DNA immobilized on a gold electrode.
We characterized pH effect on hole transport through DNA duplexes possessing a partial triplex-forming region. Direct electrochemical measurement of the current response of photosensitizer-tethered DNA immobilized on a gold electrode revealed that the partial triplex formation under acidic conditions suppressed photocurrent due to hole transport, while dissociation of the triplex into the duple...
متن کاملControllable reduced black titania with enhanced photoelectrochemical water splitting performance.
Black titania prepared by metal-reduction methods is systematically studied and found the best controllable Mg-reduction method. Colored titania products from white, light blue, dark blue, to black were obtained with a crystalline/amorphous core-shell structure. The black titania shows a five times higher H2 production rate in photoelectrochemical (PEC) water splitting.

We present a general study on a high performance supercapacitor based on intercalated reduced graphene oxide with carbon black nanoparticles. Graphene oxide sheets were synthesized by oxidation and exfoliation of natural graphite and were reduced using hydroiodic acid in the presence of carbon black nanoparticles. Graphene paper was fabricated by one-step procedure via simultaneous reducing and...
